Booking & Policies
Time for setup/clean-up should be made during the reserve and scheduled time. At the end of each session the studio must be put back to its original state before session end time. All traces of consumables and trash must be taken out to the dumpster located outside. If studio is not found in these conditions then a fine may be charged for reset or cleaning fee.

No flames / fire
Do not drag furniture
Start / end times are inevitable. You cannot enter earlier than your scheduled time or leave late. Set up / clean up must be accommodated within the scheduled time frame.
*** 30 minute increments are added to the end of the scheduled session. ***
Pets allowed but should be cleaned after (lint roller / cleaning supplies provided incase of any fur on furniture.)
No glitter. Confetti is allowed but must be completely picked up no pieces left behind or else their will be a cleaning fee added to the card on file. *
*** Cleaning fees start at $75 if you fail to leave the studio as it was at the beginning of your session. ***
Cake smashing is allowed but only on seamless paper (must add the seamless paper option to appointment or bring your own)*
You are fully responsible for any damages incurred during your scheduled session. *
Cancelation / Reschedules
Each session will be allowed up to 2 rescheduled sessions, as long as it is 3 plus days prior to scheduled time. After rescheduling twice if you wish to schedule again you must book a new session. We do not offer refunds.
Wineglass Studio & its staff is not liable for any injuries that happen inside or outside of the Studio.
We are not responsible for any risk that may arise from negligence or carelessness on your part.
